Andrea M. Roundfield, Co-Director of The Tiny Tassel and Lead Consultant for TTT Education & Learning, has pioneered an exceptional professional prowess that proceeds her: a BS in Organizational Management, MS in Instructional Technology, MS in Urban Education, and her Ed.S. in Education Leadership. Well-rounded as a practitioner, Ms. Roundfield also brandishes Certification in Educational Therapy (AET), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI), as well as, dual permanent professional licenses in: Teaching Students with Severe and Multiple Disabilities, and General Education, grades 5-9, in the state of New York. She also holds certifications in: Yoga, Meditation and Life Coaching (Purpose) and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

Prior to entering the academic arena professionally, Ms. Roundfield gained organizational management experience in the Human Resources sector (specifically in Payroll, Benefits, Training, and Recruiting), and Executive Assistance in the global corporate, federal government academic, and non-profit arenas. With an added Certification as a travel agent, Ms. Roundfield’s well-rounded Education and Human Resources background is a great addition to the structure of The Tiny Tassel.
